💬 Do I need prior drawing or storytelling experience?
No. You don’t need any extensive prior experience. The program is designed for beginners.
💬 Am I required to use traditional or digital medium?
Both are welcome.
💬 What happens during the free manga consultation call?
We discuss your manga goals and figure out if we would be a good fit to work together. We want to get to know YOU more to see if we can help you and if the program is right for you.
💬 Why do you only accept people that are 18 and above?
The program is strictly for students who are 18 years old and above. No exceptions.
This is due to educational and content-related reasons. As we provide direct mentorship from professional mangaka and an editor, the feedback process can be intensive, and students are expected to work at a mature, professional level.
💬 How does mentorship and feedback work?
You’ll get weekly live feedback from pro mangaka and editors, access to our private community where you can upload your work for critiques, and ongoing monthly one-on-one support from our coaches.
💬 What is the schedule / time commitment for the program?
This is a self-paced program. You can progress at your own speed. All lessons and materials are available on demand with replays of the live sessions available right away.
About 90% of our students work full-time or juggle this mentorship along with school and other responsibilities.
